Q: How do I decide which treatment is right for me?
There are many alternative and complementary treatments available and the one which is right for you depends on a number of things - the issue you want help with, the possible root cause of that issue and your own personal opinions and preferences. Start with the treatment that first came to mind (either unprompted or after research) and look at the websites of our practitioners who offer that. This will give you more information about the treatment and whether you feel it is the right approach for you. If you are still unsure please feel free to contact us and we will be happy to discuss things with you and give you suggestions and advice.
Q: Are your premises accessible?
The Centre is on the second floor of a listed Victorian building, with 50+ steps up from street level. There are good, solid bannisters, but sadly there is no lift or stairlift. Please be aware of this if you are planning to book a treatment here.
Q: Do you have toilet facilities?
We are proud to have gender neutral toilets available to all practitioners and clients.
Q: Where is the nearest Car Park?
The nearest Car Park is the Guildhall Car Park, accessed from Paul Street.
Q: Are all of your therapists and practitioners self-employed?
All of our therapists and practitioners are self-employed and have their own insurance.
Q: Do you sell Gift Vouchers?
Yes we do! Our gift vouchers can be used for any session with any of our Practitioners and can be made out to any value. We are happy to post out your vouchers, or they can be collected from the Centre. We can take payment via PayPal online, or by cash or cheque from the Centre. Sadly we are unable to take card payments in person at the Centre.
