Exhaustion

I haven’t posted in quite a while, largely because there has been lots of great posts from others filling us full of encouragement, hope, and the support we need to move forward with all that’s going on. A very big thank you to you all.
So where are we now? Let’s face it, we are all at different stages emotionally and mentally, having the positive days and the negative days, the days of uncertainty, and the days of hope, the roller coaster ride of emotions.
There is however one stage that I can confidently guess we are all at, have been, or at some point will experience and that is exhaustion.
I don’t want this to be a long post, as we will all have our own views.
So all I would like to say is make time to rest, find your new groove, take the rest of this year to nurse your exhaustion, try to roll with the punches, make plans for next year and come out fighting in 2021:
“It is imperative that you take some time to honestly examine the amount of stress in your life. Physical and Mental exhaustion doesn’t go away on its own. You need to make some changes in your life, even if it seems like the hardest thing to do right now. The truth is, taking care of yourself is the smartest thing anyone can do.”
