Meditation & Buddhism Group

Wednesday evenings 7-9.15


You are very welcome to come along to our ongoing class, which is based on the approach of the Triratna Buddhist Community. We generally meditate for 40 minutes in the first half, and have a short talk on an aspect of Buddhist practice in the second half, with discussion and questions. You don’t have to have any experience of Buddhism, though it would be helpful if you have some meditation experience such that you can sit for this length of time. If you want to prepare, we do the practices described on www.wildmind.org, although we can give limited 1-1 instruction in the class. (If you are a beginner, we will be running a  meditation course here in October.)
