Kate Dalzell ITEC, CThA offers a warm, welcoming and professional service where each client receives an individual holistic treatment.
Having initially trained in Swedish massage at the School of Complimentary Health in Exeter, Kate is continuously deepening her understanding of anatomy and massage techniques through continuous professional development and training.
Kate is also a qualified Reiki practitioner and provides this balancing therapy as either a focussed Reiki treatment, or in combination with a massage. Both of which enable the body to relax into a calm and healing state.
Kate combines techniques from Swedish Massage, Table-Top-Thai Massage, Indian Head Massage and Deep Tissue Massage to create treatments that combat stress and areas of tension, while promoting relaxation and restoring inner tranquility.
Reiki helps the body to focus on areas in need of treatment, this could be a physical, emotional and/or spiritual need – the reiki energy simply flows to where it will be of the most benefit for the client.
Massage has an extremely beneficial effect on the body and mind, playing an important role in health and wellbeing; reducing stress, relieving tension and helping to improve the quality and pattern of sleep.
Kate provides each client with the most appropriate treatment for them as an individual. Through consultation and physical assessment, Kate identifies and treats the areas in need.
Body massage and Reiki both provide excellent benefits to the human body. Life today is full of pressure, with demand often exceeding ability. The time taken to have a treatment will pay off in emotional and physical wellbeing enormously.
