Between sessions you will be given simple mindfulness for life tools to develop a steady comfortable practice at home What do you need to bring? Just you. And maybe a notebook to jot down any helpful tips. Oh and a commitment to yourself is really key. Meditation practice is a bit like cleaning your teeth.
