6 Weeks Beginners Meditation Course
With Jo Hamilton – Tuesdays 13.00-14.00

During this 6 week programme you will be guided through the steps of meditation
developing up to 30 minute practices by the sixth week.
In each session we will focus on a different aspect of mindfulness
exploring new skills to add to your meditation toolkit in a soft gentle approach.
Sessions begin with an introduction to the specific area of meditation we will be developing.
You will then be guided through your meditation practice.
Afterwards we will have an informal chat about your experiences and any questions that have arisen out of your practice.
Between sessions you will be given simple mindfulness for life tools to develop a steady comfortable practice at home
What do you need to bring?
Just you. And maybe a notebook to jot down any helpful tips.
Oh and a commitment to yourself is really key. Meditation practice is a bit like cleaning your teeth. It’s a habit that we make time for every day and we wouldn’t consider not doing. When we decide to give ourselves this personal daily meditation practice even if it is 5 to 10 minutes, we begin from day one to transform our relationship with our life.
